  • Relied upon by Project Managers to independently install and configure multiple FileNet applications in large (State and Metro Counties) customer sites.
  • Often interacts with IT staff at State level customer sites to advise on technical direction of the project, including integration with external applications, networks, and hardware.

  • Has final responsibility for multiple projects or large Metro and Statewide projects consisting of over 500 hundred users
