Northwoods Support Center - Team A
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET

Northwoods Support Center - Team B
Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET
Team B supports: Continuum customers, NC, OH, VA, USVI

When is the NSC available?
The NSC is closed on holidays including New Year's Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
