We hire for a variety of roles: Case Aide Specialists, software developers, customer success professionals, and more. Whether you’re tech-savvy or focused on health and human services, you can be a valued team member.
Not necessarily. Some roles, like Case Aide Specialists, benefit from social services experience. But we also hire professionals in engineering, design, operations, and more.
Our process usually includes an initial application review, one or more interviews (virtual or in person), and a values-based assessment. We ensure a strong culture fit to optimize our teams and services.
