How Case Aide Services Works
Case Aide Services is a type of managed services that takes on time-consuming administrative tasks so workers and agency case aides can prioritize face-to-face work with families. Our only focus is completing administrative tasks so workers can count on us.
Caseworkers can call, text, or submit a ticket through an app or portal to request help from a Case Aide Specialist.
You set deadlines, and we stick to them. Our team will prioritize tasks based on when you need them completed.
You have visibility to all activities and communication through a portal so you can work with your Case Aide Specialist and see the status of requests.
When an individual task is done, you will get an email letting you know the work is completed. A monthly utilization report also gives leadership visibility into what type of work the Case Aide Specialist is
completing and how engaged external providers are with the process.
Caseworkers are able to focus on what their priorities are. That is the work that they do in the homes with families. That’s where they need to be, and that’s when we start seeing better outcomes.
