Client Q&A: Kristina Carlisle, Jackson County Job & Family Services

Kristina Carlisle, a social services supervisor for Jackson County JFS, discusses key Grove (formerly Case Aide Services) support services that help her team have more time to focus on families. These include records request, referral support, court support, supervision support, and placement packets.

“Whenever we have a review of the case, the Case Aide [Grove team member] will volunteer to take on some tasks that they are able to do as far as reviewing the case, putting together discovery for court purposes, or even asking questions and going over the case with the staff.”

Note. At the time Kristina’s agency partnered with Northwoods, Grove was called Case Aide Services. We updated its name in June 2026 to reflect a more connected system of support.
