We’ll call external providers to request medical records, behavioral health records, or education records. We also collect and store electronic signatures you need to complete forms.
We’ll participate in scheduled case review sessions and provide case context related to recent activities. We identify to-do items, create tickets, and complete the related tasks.
We’ll connect with external providers to initiate referrals for services and submit necessary associated documentation to the provider.
We’ll help your staff prepare for court hearings by taking care of the administrative work so your caseworkers can focus on preparing their testimony.
We’ll interview your worker after a home visit, using your checklist of required questions. We’ll type up the case notes for your worker to review and complete.
We’ll work with families who need extra support and their caseworker to identify community resources like food or cash assistance, or process referrals for services like counseling or therapy.
We’ll compile all the details a foster home, kinship home, or residential facility needs to know, in addition to collecting state-mandated documentation to support the placement process.
If someone has a question about a case, we’ll help find the answer using whatever knowledge we have or can find in the systems available to us.
We can support your staff with filing, uploading, and organizing content, while making sure case information is kept up to date within the state case management system.
We’ll assist with transition activities when a caseworker leaves and completes their final visits. We also make sure all necessary documents and information for the next worker are made easily available.
